A research registry needs consistent, complete data from every site, entered by busy clinicians working in different health systems.
(02)What we built
A cloud-hosted, fully managed web registry with comprehensive electronic case report forms, step-by-step data entry and separate forms for UK and Italian sites.
When COVID-19 arrived, the registry added tracking of COVID-19 measures.
(03)Result
The registry has been used to capture data for thousands of patients across Europe, with each site working in a form designed for it.

Original product screens are shown with account details, patient values and NHS logos removed. Platforms commissioned by NHS organisations are owned and operated by those organisations.
